HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

What happens if no one is home?

Do not worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your post office, where you will be able to collect it.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Do not worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to be honest, we could even say that it is 300% secure. Here is why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the small green padlock on the left side of this page's URL is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their “cart” and everything related to order payment. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software. Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and Paypal, which are benchmarks in terms of online transaction security.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or payment on delivery.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it has arrived back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
